Deploy 2024
At Deploy24, hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy, we spent over a year designing, creating, and executing one of the most impactful energy conferences of the year. Held in Washington, D.C., the event welcomed over 1,800 attendees, showcasing cutting-edge energy advancements and fostering critical discussions for a sustainable future.
Our work went beyond event planning—we orchestrated an immersive experience, delivering exceptional design, strategy, and execution to highlight the DOE's vision and elevate the participant experience.

Our Role
1. Circuits:
We designed dynamic Circuit Tracks that guided attendees through specific energy topics, ranging from decarbonization technologies to scaling innovations. Each circuit was meticulously planned to ensure smooth transitions between sessions, engaging discussions, and opportunities for collaboration.
2. Deploy Dialogues:
We created interactive spaces for Deploy Dialogues, where hundreds of subject-matter experts and thought leaders participated in panel discussions and keynote sessions. These dialogues tackled critical topics like the clean energy transition, carbon capture, and grid resilience, engaging audiences with thought-provoking insights.
3. The Exchange:
Recognizing the importance of networking, we crafted The Exchange—a vibrant central hub where attendees connected in a curated environment designed for collaboration. This space allowed professionals across the clean energy supply chain to form partnerships, share ideas, and drive innovation.
4. Office Hours:
To foster deeper engagement, we introduced Office Hours, where attendees could meet directly with DOE representatives, industry leaders, and subject-matter experts. These sessions were tailored to facilitate one-on-one mentorship, problem-solving, and meaningful connections.
